ADO Contracting is a company that specializes in multi-family framing and we pride ourselves on our experience of very large wood framed buildings. ADO Contracting has completed over 3,000 units of 5 story Type III construction, establishing our company as the most experienced Type III framer in ALBERTA.
We have also completed a multitude of 2 , 3 and 4 story type V projects; from 2 and 3 story walk ups with wide open spaces, to tight inner city infill projects that require intense coordination with the builder and suppliers to keep project on schedule. Utilization of tower cranes, when they are required, is one of our strengths. The President and founder has worked in the industry since 1994.
ADO Contracting has framed anything and everything when it comes to wood structures. We frame a variety of projects each year including hotels, student housing, assisted living, apartments, track homes and many others. We have the experience, knowhow and man power to make your next job a success when it comes to the wood framing. We also do specialty framing such as: Timber Framing, Complicated vaults and trays, and technical radius work.
The Multi-family Division foremen are exclusive to the industry and each has 10 to 40 years of multi-family experience. Our estimating department has over 40 years of experience in the field.

Our value engineering service is free and prefers to be involved as soon as possible in order to provide the most input possible. We also rely on our relationship with some of the largest lumber companies in Alberta to get you the right price when it comes to material.
